"Without dirt, nothing can grow."

 

'Evo' (2023) is a series created as a response to 'Ove'. 

​

The body is used here to ponder growth and healing. It is dirtied, neglected, but still fertile. Weeds are usually met with resentment... but at least the lawn isn't dead!  

 

As people, we can begrudgingly learn from poor experiences. If a dandelion epidemic is the only thing to come from it, so be it. 

'Evo: Weeds' contemplates the aftermath of heartache.
